About Elke Savala
I founded Shakti Healing, a holistic health, and wellness practice in 2000.
In 2020 I founded Shakti Home, combining art and healing by expanding into holistic home design and art therapy.
I am passionate about holistic health and have studied and practiced many time-tested healing systems including Ayurveda, Yoga, Tibetan Medicine, Shamanism and Energy Healing.
These ancient practices offer timeless wisdom that can heal individuals and have the potential to transform society.
I love to work with a wide range of modalities, to have many tools available is the foundation of my integrative, intuitive healing practice.
My other calling is the visual art’s including painting, photography, color, and space design. Artwork can serve as a visual affirmation, adding symbolic meaning and color therapeutic effects to balance the energy of a living or workspace. I also like to optimize spaces by applying Feng Shui and Biophilic (nature inspired) design principles.
My offers also include art making instructions and transformational Art therapy to decreases stress and improve emotional and mental health.
Shakti Home Mission
My passion is to assist women to live a healthy, fulfilled and intentional life. When we are of sound mind-body and feel vibrant we have the energy and inspiration to create the life we envision.
We are in the midst of a major paradigm shift and without support this can feel disorienting and overwhelming and it becomes more difficult to follow our inner compass.
Women that take back autonomy over their health, develop their intuition and open up to their inner guidance are empowered to live on purpose. We can dream into being a kinder, more equitable society and envision a sustainable future.

Same fun facts about me
I get color moods where I crave a certain color and find it very satisfying to apply it with paint on canvas or paper. My favorite color as you probably guessed, is green. Samples elkesavala.com
It is important to me to experience different cultures and to immerse myself. I like to get off the beaten path in exotic places like India and Peru. Medical anthropology is especially appealing to me and I like to learn as much as possible from diverse healing traditions. For fun, I love to capture vivid colorful moments in time with my camera.
I love animals and I especially adore enigmatic cats with their affectionate side but also their decisive independent streak,
I guess these traits also resemble me.
