Bodywork

I went to Elke for an Ayurvedic treatments for my birthday. I’ve had several Ayurvedic massages from others in the past and this was definitely a unique and amazing experience. She played singing bowls on my body, which felt soooooo good.

I’m actually someone who can’t do normal massages because they hurt me, but this was really just incredible. I felt unbelievably blissed out all day and night after my treatment. I highly recommend her.

Panchakarma Cleanse

Elke’s skills as an Ayurvedic therapist are excellent. I’ve undergone Panchakarma several times and with different respected practitioners and hers is one of the best that I have found. She made me feel very comfortable, and asked me what I wanted to achieve both physically and spiritually. She gave me detailed instructions about my pre-treatment (very informative handouts).
