About Elke Savala
Integrative & Holistic Practice
My passion lies in holistic health. I have studied Ayurveda, Yoga, Tibetan Medicine, Shamanism, and various energetic healing methods, and have been practicing them successfully for over 20 years.
In California, I founded a holistic wellness practice, which later evolved into Shakti Home – a concept that combines healing work, creative processes, and holistic space design to promote vitality and well-being on every level.
After returning to Germany, I expanded my offerings to include naturopathic psychotherapy and coaching, specifically to support mental health, resilience, and creative self-expression.

Art Meets Healing
Art has accompanied me for many years. Painting and photography open ways to express feelings and inner processes that words often cannot capture.

By applying holistic space design, tailored to individual sensory needs, living spaces can nurture energy, balance, and overall well-being.
With art therapy, psychotherapy, and intuitive methods, I create sessions that reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and support physical health.
Healing work, coaching, and creative processes come together in my practice in an integrative approach that fosters resilience, inner balance, and self-realization.
Shakti Home Mission
My mission is to support people in leading a conscious, empowered, and fulfilling life. When body and mind are in harmony, clarity, energy, and inspiration arise, allowing us to create a life that truly reflects our heart.
During times of profound change, confusion and overwhelm can occur, making it difficult to trust one’s inner voice.
By taking responsibility for our health, nurturing our intuition, and activating inner wisdom, we step into our full power and live a conscious, self-directed life.

A Few Lighthearted Facts About Me
Sometimes I get a “color mood” – a strong urge to paint, wear, place in a room, or even taste a certain color. Unsurprisingly, greens are my favorites.
I love experiencing other cultures up close and traveling deliberately off the beaten path, for example to India or Peru. I am particularly fascinated by medical anthropology and the diversity of traditional healing practices.
Photography is another passion – I capture vivid, colorful moments wherever I go.
I also have a deep love for animals, especially mysterious cats, which embody both closeness and independence. Perhaps I see a part of myself in them.
