Ayurvedic Rejuvenation

Rasayana is the science of rejuvenation and longevity, and it is one of the eight branches of Ayurvedic medicine. Rasayana can be translated as path of essence, referring to the essence that nourishes the body.

Rasayana longevity lifestyle includes wholesome foods, herbal remedies, meditation and yogic practices. Rasayana treatments such as oil massages reduce stress, restore the nervous system, and increase energy, vitality, and mental clarity. Rasayana can slow down or even reverse the effects of aging.

Rasayana treatments are especially beneficial after weight loss, pregnancy, or when recovering from injury, surgery or illness. Rasayana treatments are also recommended for health conditions such as compromised immunity, nervous system disorders, after long travel, or general exhaustion and depletion.

Various restorative treatments are deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Ayurvedic treatments purify the body, calm the mind, revitalize and soothe the senses. Replenishing botanical oils nourish the bodily tissues and give the skin a youthful, radiant glow.

There are many unique, luxurious treatments in the Ayurveda Praxis. Treatments are customized to your constitution and current condition.
